Christian Escobar

Since joining the firm in April 2009, Christian has provided essential support throughout all phases of residential and commercial projects. In addition to design and construction drawings, he has also produced detailed 3-D models, massing studies, and renderings for specific projects. He developed the office standards for state-of-the-art Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Representative projects include: An expansion of a vascular surgery suite, lifesafety upgrades to an existing residential treatment facility, a Surgical Suite Expansion for Dobbs Ferry Community Hospital; modernization of the main entrance at St. John's Riverside Hospital; and a comprehensive master plan for the Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club.
