This project will renovate the kitchen, dining room, and pantry areas on the first floor of a mid-century split-level ranch. An expanded breakfast area will be developed in an addition and will be integrated with a new covered porch. The existing basement will be renovated to create a multi-function family room with access to the rear yard. Extensive site work will performed to manage water infiltration into the basement. Existing brick veneer and siding in disrepair will be replaced with new siding and stone veneer to enhance the appeal of the exterior.
