WAVERLY AVENUE DEVELOPMENT

The site for this project is within walking distance of the business center of the Village of Mamaroneck and is situated adjacent to the Sheldrake River. To optimize development of the site which has a long, narrow configuration, three buildings were located in a row on a platform above ground level parking. Each building was designed to be five-stories tall providing a total of 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with a balcony overlooking landscaped terraces and a pedestrian promenade along the river.
