I have worked with Gregg DeAngelis over the last two years on the design and construction of my house addition. It has been a lengthy and challenging period of time given the fact that the project was bid during the recession and we had difficulty getting contractor interest and solid competitive bids.
Gregg was patient and responsive throughout to the many issues and questions that came up during both the design and construction periods. He was always open to suggestions, different design ideas and willing to rework the details, as needed. His design was responsive to the specific challenges of the site and to the existing conditions. Most importantly, Gregg has an excellent grasp of costs and a clear understanding of structural relationships which result in a successful design within the constraints of the budget.
Gregg is a consummate professional.
